sodium azide. Purity >95 as determined by
SDS-PAGE.
Storage:
Store at 4°C short term and at -20°C long term.
Aliquot to avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
Applications and Suggested Dilutions:

Flow cytometry: Use at a 1:1,000 dilution

Immunoprecipitation: Use at a 1:200 dilution
The researcher should determine the optimal
dilution for a specific application.

Method: HEK 293T cells (5x105) were mock transfected (thin
line) or transfected with an expression plasmid enabling
surface expression of the extracellular domain of human
LTbR (thick line). Cells were incubated on ice for 30 minutes
in 50 μL FACS buffer (PBS, 5 fetal calf serum, 0.02
azide) containing 1 μg/mL of antibody to LTbR (MC-564).
After washing in FACS buffer, R-PE-conjugated antibody to
rat IgG was added. Cells were incubated on ice for 30
minutes, washed and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
